Meet Leah Klatzker | Business Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Leah Klatzker and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Leah, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind our success is drive and resilience, paired with a willingness to change. Over the years, we’ve learned how to simplify—focusing on what truly works rather than overcomplicating our operations. We’ve grown by learning from our mistakes, listening closely to our customers, and having the strength to keep moving forward even when challenges arise. Our ability to adapt quickly to evolving needs, including rebranding and shifting our focus, has been essential to our growth. We work hard to stay grounded and not lose our cool while paying close attention to logistics, observation, and strategy. We know the push to grow and change can be challenging physically, mentally, and emotionally, but we’ve learned that the reward is worth the adaptation when it leads to alignment, sustainability, and long-term success.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our business was built from a simple idea: to create experiences that feel nourishing, approachable, and joyful, while staying deeply connected to community and nature. Our tagline, Feed Your Soul, reflects everything we do.
The journey began in Georgia with a yoga business that took off in 2019. As it grew, so did the vision—eventually leading us to expand to Vermont, closer to where I grew up in New England. What makes our story different is that we started with yoga and moved into food, coffee, and wellness. At first, some people were skeptical or confused by the combination, but for us it made perfect sense. We approach everything with a holistic mindset and aim to fill real needs in creative, intentional ways.
What began as Yoga del Soul retreats evolved into adding two food trucks, So-full Sisters, and a small coffee shop, So-full Sips. None of it was easy. Building the business meant following what came naturally to us, stepping into niche spaces we were willing to study and learn, and navigating a lot of trial and error. Some ideas were successful; others pushed us into the red. Each experience taught us something valuable.
We overcame challenges through resilience, drive, and a mindset rooted in gratitude and love. We believe we are writing our own stories, and that shifting, adapting, and evolving are essential parts of growth.
At its core, our brand exists to offer people a moment of connection—a smile, a pick-me-up, and a way to truly feed their souls, whether through yoga, food, or coffee.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting Georgia…
I’m a traveler at heart, and driving for an experience never stops me. I’ve always said Georgia is the best—it truly has everything. I’d start up north with a stay in Blue Ridge, where we’d do some shopping and enjoy dinner at The Black Sheep. We’d get in some hiking, practice yoga, and stop by The Folk Collaborative, a cozy apothecary and coffee shop.
From there, we’d head to Marietta Square for a meal at Kiosco, followed by drinks at Two Birds Taphouse. Next, we’d make our way into Atlanta for a two-day yoga retreat at The Atlanta Treehouse—or participate in Grief Yoga at the Treehouse, led by my yoga partner, Lanise Shortell. It’s a grounding, meaningful experience that creates space for rest, reflection, and connection.
We’d also spend time walking the BeltLine, soaking in the energy of the city, and taking in the views from the Sun Dial. To fully reset, we’d visit Jeju Spa, and then head south to wrap up the trip in Savannah and Tybee Island, slowing down by the water and ending the journey on a peaceful note.
Georgia truly has it all—mountains, cities, wellness, food, and coast—making it an unforgettable place to experience.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate this shoutout to our community—who continue to show up for us business idea after business idea, location after location. Their support, shared ideas, honest feedback, and encouragement have played a huge role in shaping what we do. I’d also like to shout out my family and close friends for being proud of me through both the big wins and the small milestones. And finally, to my significant other, whose support and perspective have helped rewire how I think and operate—leading to simpler systems, clearer processes, and a more grounded way of moving forward. This journey truly wouldn’t be the same without all of them.
