Hi LaTrece, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
That there are many programs to help people become homeowners. Credit score as low as 500 can become a homeowner. Business owners can become homeowners with bank statements. There are 100% financing options all for homeownership. It is my duty as a Top producing agent to inform my clients that there are many programs to help you become a homeowner! Credit scores as low as 500 can become a homeowner. Business owners can become homeowners with bank statements. There are 100% financing options all for homeownership. Not to mention rent to own options in which you only need a 550 credit score, 3 months of verified income. So there’s no reason we should continue to “ rent” without purchasing our own home! Doing such is just like throwing money in the trash! $2,000×12= $24,000 down the drain on average each year! So if we know better we should do better!

I work hard everyday for each of my clients! I also don’t mind digging in to make sure my clients have the best options in front of them! Well I’m a big kid at heart so first we’d go to Andretti’s then we’d finish the night a C&S Oyster Bar for the best oysters in town along with a glass of wine or cocktail!
