We had the good fortune of connecting with Laquana Sinclair and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Laquana, let’s talk legacy – what do you want yours to be?
I want people to remember the profound impact I had on their lives. Not just through our encounters, but through the genuine intent I had to connect with them on a deeper level and empower them to make significant changes. I want my legacy to be about how I inspired and encouraged others to recognize their own personal power and pursue their life desires with confidence and determination.

Being a Feminine Boss is not just about business knowledge or attitude; it’s about embracing your inner strength and striving for your dreams. It’s about taking risks that build faith and resilience. I want people to see that I led by example, showing that it’s essential to step out of your comfort zone and face challenges head-on.

Moreover, I want to be remembered for promoting the importance of self-study and personal growth. I believe that true transformation starts from within, and by continuously learning and evolving, we can optimize our chances of achieving our desired outcomes. My legacy should reflect the importance of investing in oneself, understanding one’s true potential, and relentlessly pursuing excellence.

Ultimately, I want people to remember me as someone who genuinely cared about their growth and success. Someone who wasn’t just a fleeting presence, but a catalyst for meaningful change in their lives. My legacy is about leaving a lasting impression that goes beyond professional achievements—it’s about inspiring others to become the best versions of themselves and to live a life full of purpose and fulfillment.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Recognizing your own special gifts and developing a business around them is the most fulfilling thing someone can do. My journey to where I am today was not always easy, but it was necessary. Overcoming the challenges I faced were instilled in me by the Creator because I was given a vision of who I am destined to be. This vision remains steadfast through every challenge.

My business is built on the foundation of mindset and character. I firmly believe that the way you think and speak to yourself creates your reality. This philosophy sets my business apart from others. I lead with mindset and character, helping others recognize their unique talents and turn them into thriving businesses.

One of the aspects I am most proud of is the transformation I see in my clients. Watching them grow, overcome their fears, and achieve their dreams is incredibly rewarding. I am excited about the continuous impact my business can make in empowering individuals to realize their potential.

Some of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned along the way include the importance of perseverance, the power of a positive mindset, and the significance of staying true to oneself. These lessons have not only shaped my business but also my approach to life.

What I want the world to know about my brand and story is that it’s rooted in authenticity, empowerment, and a deep desire to help others unlock their potential. My business is not just about achieving success; it’s about recognizing your inner strength, embracing your unique gifts, and creating a life that aligns with your true self.

My brand is a testament to the transformative power of mindset and the incredible impact of believing in yourself. Through every challenge and triumph, I remain committed to inspiring others to pursue their passions and live their best lives.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Absolutely! I love creating memorable experiences, especially for my bestie! For the week, we’d start by lounging at home, sharing stories, reconnecting, and cooking a delicious dinner to set the vibe. We’d then explore the Beltline and Ponce City Market for some shopping and great food, hike up Stone Mountain for breathtaking views, and enjoy a rooftop lunch at the Observatory. Midweek, we’d pamper ourselves with a luxurious spa day at the St. Regis. To cap it off, we’d spend an evening dancing at Rock Steady. On the last day, we’d relax at home, recapping the week and enjoying each other’s company before they leave.

So is there a person, group, organization, book, etc. that you want to dedicate your shoutout to? Who else deserves a little credit and recognition in your story?

All recognition goes to the Most High. Since developing my relationship with God, life has become infinitely more peaceful and abundant. However, I must acknowledge that every single person I’ve encountered has left a mark on my journey. I deeply love and appreciate those who have stood by me, both today and throughout my path.

There are too many influential books to name, but reading in general has significantly contributed to my intellectual growth. I owe a great deal to speakers like Bob Proctor, Myron Golden & Stormy Wellington, whose insights have profoundly shaped my mindset and approach to life.

In addition, I’ve found immense value in joining social entrepreneurial groups such as Recession Proof & Earn Your Leisure (EYL). These communities have provided a platform for me to connect with like-minded individuals who are on an elevated path, sharing knowledge, support, and inspiration.

Overall, my journey has been enriched by a diverse array of influences, and I am grateful to all those who have contributed to my story.
