We had the good fortune of connecting with Lansana Sesay and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lansana, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of WCPOLLC, is our community. We build authentic relationships with guests and the businesses we interact with. Every entrepreneur or creative we’ve worked with, has been the driving factor behind our success. At Winner’s Circle Podcast and Outreach LLC, everyone is capable of learning and connecting, most inspire us to keep going. By subscribing to our Podcast, you’ll be up to date on community news, and business hacks from other business owners. The services we provide to our audience reminds them they have an extended family. A family anyone can be a part of, add value, and take from.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story? (From Kelvin and Lansana, make sure ppl know this message is from us both!)

When we got together we didn’t know what to expect. We had our own personal brands and wanted to generate brand awareness. So at first, Winner’s Circle was for fun. We invited our friends and associates to join us on Instagram live to talk about their businesses. When George Floyd passed away, Lansana started protesting. He became more knowledgeable about the racial and financial inequalities minorities face. It was then, Kelvin pivoted our approach to Winner’s Circle towards generational wealth. We collectively decided to form an organization that will play two roles in the community; become a voice and community service. We structure our conversations based on community needs. As time progressed we moved our platform to In-person/live streaming in order to capture the best quality possible. The more conversations we had, the more determined we were to improve the quality of our platform. We are currently based in Atlanta, GA and Baltimore, MD.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to send Love to our team. First and foremost our Co-Founder, Kelvin Ominiabohs. Kelvin hosts and edits our shows. He is the face of our brand. Next, Karl Ominiabohs. Karl and Kelvin are twins. Karl is our engineer. He’s one of the reasons the quality of our episodes got 10x better. After, Nicole Lomax, our unicorn. Nicole hosts cultural flash for us. She updates the community on news, and invokes thought provoking conversations. Then, Stephen Young! Stephen makes our episodes cool to listen to. He’s our producer. He produces beats and background music for us.

I would love to send love to our sponsors and partners. PodTechs, Marc Bravo, The Bomb Life Hair Studio, Chef DwnTheStreet, Tahja Norman, Jet Plane, Podgo, Angelica Wiltz, and Spencer Hoernes.

Lastly we want to send love to all the businesses, entrepreneurs, and creatives we interviewed or hosted an outreach event with.
