Hi Lance, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Modern Loverz podcast helps all communities to define “Love” and the aspect of different relationships and the meanings associated with true love and fake love. We use our platform to share answers to questions on each episode. Sharing advice on trending relationship topics. We aim to help the community by providing information on improving and maintaining a healthy relationship.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
The art of Modern Loverz isn’t a traditional painting or drawing. We display the art of communication the ability to talk our viewers through tough situations. We separate ourselves from others by using different techniques to maintain viewers we use social media to discuss trending topics. These trending topics can be anything from famous relationship troubles to simple ways to communicate with your partner. I am most proud of our growth, we’ve built a platform in a short amount of time by creating engaging videos that people can relate to. Professionally we have reached this point by just trusting in our vision to be successful. Initially, the path was challenging trying to strategize how to increase our subscribers even to put out our first video the editing process took a lot of learning new techniques. along the way we’ve learned that success doesn’t come overnight and that it’s day by day with small increases turning into major wins. We want the world to know that Modern Loverz is the future of relationship advice similar to Jerry Springer but with less Violence and more talking LOL.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
In New Orleans, we’d start with an engaging day of sightseeing in the CBD by street car or on foot. We’d play a street sign pronunciation game while riding around on a pedal bike to liven up the mood. then check out some local food spots depending on the food feeling that day. For good brunch, I recommend Toast on the Westbank they have a large variety menu of amazing food for a later lunch I say going to a creole spot like Dookie Chase or Neyows for some good food then finishing it off for dinner at a Bobby Heberts or Morrows. Then enjoy the Nola Nightlife possibly on Bourbon Street or one of the local clubs or lounges. Some places to check out are the French Quarter and the Riverwalk area for shopping. While at the riverwalk we’ll have a chance to see the cruise ship leaving the port. Hanging out at the local day party spots would be a nice vibe these are pretty frequent so we’d just look for a flyer.

Yep! So my Podcast team deserves the biggest shoutout they have been instrumental in the success of the show. These team members are Charleston Rainey Jr, Keshawna Loyd, Tamiyah Gross, and Keegan Griffin. The success of the podcast wouldn’t be where it is if it wasn’t for my team! They put in so much work with ideas and dialogue to ensure each episode is successful.
