We had the good fortune of connecting with Kyree Hamlett and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kyree, what principle do you value most?
Respect is something I value. It helps us feel safe in society to express ourselves freely. It is the first positive step in building a relationship.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As always told, my originality sets me apart. I’ve always had a certain uniqueness about me. I am most proud about my transformation and now my relationship with God. Getting connected spiritually allowed me to tap into my gifts and live a life of purpose. Along the journey, it was a little rough, but I overcame the challenges by keeping my faith high and focus on him.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Being from Mobile, Al, things are pretty limited but I make the best of what I can. The art shows are pretty cool, I attend from time to time. I’m a breakfast guy so I like to eat at a brunch spots such as Ruby Slipper Cafe or Another Broken Egg. For lunch, I prefer Tops Food Truck or a good wing spot. I would recommend anyone to Half Shell Oyster House as well..

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Most importantly God deserves all the credit for giving me the ability to create. My family plays a big part in supporting me and keeping me focused, as well as my Pastor and Right Way Christian Center.
