We had the good fortune of connecting with Kristle Manning and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kristle, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?

My thought process behind starting my own business was basically to get out their and do it. I’ve worked in a few salons before and after the last salon I worked in I decided that I would never work under anyone again I would take a chance and open my own salon become my own boss and I did just that with having good clientele staying motivated, focused and most importantly trusting and having faith in God.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I just opened my hair salon July 16, 2022 “Blazyn’s Beauty Palace” it was a huge goal of mines to complete. I worked so hard to make this dream come to reality. Where have you been and seen a selfie museum inside of a hair salon, I’ll wait…. Look no further I took the time out basically and came up with a vision that I knew would be different but amazing. I love to take pictures I wanted to make my salon a picture perfect salon. This took a lot of hard work late nights long days sweat tears and more there were plenty of times I wanted to throw in the towel and quit but I was determined to get the job done. It’s hard when your funding your business out of pocket trying to be a mom of three and juggle all of the hacks life throwing at you but the point is to make it to the bigger picture and it will be all worth it in the end.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would have to say my immediate family and some friends my biggest supporters are my mom and dad. My Grandmother as well Unfortunately, I lost my father in March of 2021 due to Covid-19. My dad was my go to he made sure I did what needed to be done he always pushed me to go harder and stand on what I believe in. My dad was my hero he knew all of the tactics of business how to go about doing things when to say certain things how to be professional. Time management was a big thing lol I’m still dealing with that today and procrastination he did not play and he stayed on me about those things. It was a lot he tried to teach me and you know sometimes we listen and sometimes we don’t but either way he had my back and I was thankful to have him with me.
