Meet Kiasi Luboviski | Private Chef

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kiasi Luboviski and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kiasi, we’d love to hear more about your end-goal, professionally.
My end goal is to be generationally wealthy. I want my kids – kids to be able to live off of my accomplishments whether that be them able to work for one of my businesses or just be able to live off of the wealth that I have acquired. Professionally, by the end of my career I would like to own multiple restaurants ranging from hole in the walls to the finest dining restaurants there are. I want to touch the world with my meals whether that be through my cookbooks, meal preps, catering, restaurants, or cooking shows.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The fact that I am passionate about food and cooking is what I believe sets me apart from others. I do not cook because it is a job pays the bills. I cook for people because it is what I LOVE to do and the money just comes with it. Since I was a child I have wanted to be in a field where I help people. I used to want to be a pediatrician until I began selling my food and helping fill hangry bellies and put smiles on faces while doing so. I got to where I am today by selling plates out of my home in Oakland, California on a consistent basis. I sold plates every single week for a long time and after a while people tied me to my food. It was not easy, but it also was not impossible. I’ve learned that good things come when you work for them and stay consistent. I have to not only believe that I can obtain what ever goals I set out for myself but I have to also put in the work for those goals. The biggest challenge I had in the early days of my business was finding somewhere to cook with no money to rent out a ghost kitchen every week. I used to live with my grandparents and the large amount of people that were coming to our home every week to pick up plates got to be too overwhelming for them so I was unable to use their kitchen after a while. What I did to overcome that hurdle was stack my money from the job I was working at the time and move out into my own place and here I am in my own place in Atlanta, Georgia free to cook for whomever whenever. What I want people to know about my brand is that it is built on hard work, delicious food. and happy customers!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
In my opinion, the best spots out here to eat, chill, vibe, hangout and have a good time at are: Fin and Feathers (food/drinks/vibes), Spins (food/drinks/chill), Puttshack (hangout/drinks), The Trap Escape (hangout), and Toast (brunch/vibes).

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to shoutout my nana. My nana has always supported my dreams and encouraged me to be the best at what I do. She continuously lets me know of how proud she is of me and all that I have accomplished thus far no matter how small or big the accomplishment. My nana has shown me love and support like no one else in my life has!
