Meet Kiara Robinson | Shop The Vault Co CEO

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kiara Robinson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kiara, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process was my “why” I had to sit and really think of my purpose and reason for birthing Shop The Vault Co. My mission is to make every woman feel sexy while remaining covered, cute, and simple at the same time! I had to visualize every single thing of what I want my brand to look like from the colors, who is Shop The Vault Co targeting, what will I bring to the fashion world to set myself apart and etc! Thinking of many things from fear to faith played a big part of my thought process being that I’m in an industry amongst many clothing boutiques. The good thing is my thoughts played out for the better and Shop The Vault Co is here now! I’m so happy to have birthed a brand that many love today in the fashion world!

Please tell us more about your work. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I have learned to trust my process in the business world. You have to have faith and push through any and every circumstances whether good or bad. I have had days where I wanted to throw in the towel but why would I? I have come very far to stop anything on my journey. I refuse! Being consistent and prevailing through every challenge is what I’m most proud of because every day isn’t sunny and there are times when all you hear are crickets lol literally! I made it this far because I didn’t give up no matter what challenges were thrown my way! I’m proud to say Shop The Vault Co. is a brand of quality made just for you! We strive to make women look good while feeling good. In a world filled with many visionaries of fashion, The Vault Co is a firm believer that it is not about what you wear but how you wear it. We take pride into bringing our vision to life to fit each woman’s personal and unique style. Our mission is to provide quality and a lifestyle for all women in our own way without having to conform to society’s definition of fashion.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My best friend and I are some introverts at heart but we love to have a good time as well! Shops At Buckhead is must for us to shop and eat good while enjoying a nice scenery. We both love mimosas so it’s only right to visit one of my favorite brunch spots “BQE” they have the best day parties in my opinion. My itinerary would consist of shopping, brunch, day party, photo shoot, art museum, and a drive to Chateau Elan Wine! Possibly sip and paint but I’m a horrible painter lol I’ll think on that one!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would love to shout-out my daughter Tarahji “Ladybug”! She’s the content creator behind Shop The Vault Co! Tarahji takes all of my content, edit all of my photos, and create marketing! Having her on this business journey is something I’m extremely thankful for! She is literally birthing Shop The Vault Co one shoot at a time:)
