We had the good fortune of connecting with Keyla Saldivar and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Keyla, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?

My thoughts behind my process of starting my first business were, how can I bring forth my vision while having so much on my plate? As a mother of 4 beautiful boys and working full-time as a nurse; I knew this would not be easy. But I envision something much greater for my family.  My 12-year-old son would always say to me “Ma, you got this! there’s a light at the end of the tunnel” and that’s the fuel I needed to start my business. I am now the proud owner of Bellebodyaesthetic. My services are Plasma BBL, Breast Enlargement, Weight Loss Injections, Body Contouring, Tattoo Removal & Iv Drips, and much more to come.

I started very small in my hometown Perth Amboy,NJ. I went to nursing school and took a course on body contour and I gave it a shot. By the grace of God, I was able to expand my business and I performed my services in Miami, Atlanta & New Jersey.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

I am extremely proud of myself for sticking through and continuing my education/practice even when it was difficult. I enjoy helping women regain their confidence by providing my service. I have plenty of women who shared how much my services have changed their life for the better.

This business is not as easy as it looks; everyone is different. So when it comes to certain parts of the body, it becomes a challenge, but I love a challenge. I overcome and conquer each time.

What I want everyone to know is that anything is possible and if others can do it why can’t you? I am a Mother of 4 boys with a full-time job and I still manage to take my kids to Football & Baseball games. It comes down to how bad you want this and what are you willing to do to get it.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to shout out my 4 boys for giving me the strength to continue going even when it gets hard. They are my rock and I do this for them. When everyone thought I could not do it because of my circumstances I did not let that stop me. My boys have cheered me on each step of the way and that is all I need. Because I did not let the unnecessary noise stop me, I am now fully booked and continue to stay booked and busy every month.
