Hi Kelan, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
When I founded The GreenPrint Group, the name was a deliberate reflection of our mission and vision. “Green” symbolizes our commitment to sustainability, environmental responsibility, and creating a positive impact on the planet. It’s a nod to the values that drive everything we do—innovation, eco-consciousness, and a focus on building a greener future.

The term “Print” represents the lasting impression we aim to make—not just in our industry, but in the lives of our clients, partners, and communities. It’s about crafting a blueprint for success that others can follow, one that integrates purpose with progress.

Together, “GreenPrint” embodies our dedication to designing sustainable solutions that leave a meaningful and enduring legacy. It’s more than a name—it’s a promise to lead with integrity, creativity, and a forward.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
The GreenPrint Group was founded on a simple yet powerful idea: business can be a force for good. We specialize in conscious driven buying and selling real estate, sustainable innovation and solutions that drive both profit and planetary impact. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to integrating purpose into every decision, ensuring our work leaves a lasting, positive legacy.

I’m incredibly proud of the ability to hold not only others around me accountable but myself everyday. 10 years ago, I never thought to even have a separate recycling waste can and now those little things make a world of difference. I’m also proud that we’ve helped clients reduce their carbon footprints and the partnerships we’ve built to amplify our impact. These milestones remind me why we started and fuel our drive to do even more.

Building The GreenPrint Group hasn’t been easy. Challenges like navigating a competitive market while staying true to our values have definitely tested us, but they also shaped us. We overcame them by staying resilient, leaning on our mission, and surrounding ourselves with a team that shares our vision.

A few lessons we’ve learned are

1. Purpose is everything. It’s the foundation of every decision and the key to long-term success.
2. Resilience pays off. Every setback is a setup for a comeback.
3. Collaboration amplifies impact. Together, we can achieve far more than alone.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting the city, I’d whisk them away to (2) restaurants that I co-own with my brother Sovereign Sweets in Buckhead—a cozy haven where every bite feels like a celebration. We’d dive into an array of irresistible small bites, from savory delights to sweet indulgences, and cool off with our signature Springtime Fun Slushies bursting with vibrant flavors that taste like sunshine in a cup.

But the adventure wouldn’t stop there. Next, we’d head to V12 that I also co founded in Midtown, where dining becomes an experience. Perched high above the city, the restaurant offers jaw-dropping views that set the stage for an unforgettable evening. The service? Impeccable. The menu? A masterpiece. I’d tell them to save room for dishes that are as stunning as they are delicious—each one crafted to surprise and delight.

Together, these spots are more than just places to eat and drink—they’re a reflection of my passion for creating moments that linger long after the last bite.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My mother has always been my guiding light and the source of my strength. Her resilience, kindness, and unwavering determination have shaped not only who I am but also how I approach life and business. She taught me the value of hard work, the importance of compassion, and the power of believing in oneself, even in the face of adversity.

Growing up, I watched her overcome challenges with grace and perseverance, always putting others before herself. Her ability to find joy in the simplest moments and her relentless pursuit of her goals inspired me to dream bigger and strive for excellence in everything I do.

She is the reason I believe in the power of purpose and the impact one person can have on the world. Her lessons continue to guide me, and her love fuels my drive to make her proud. My mother isn’t just my inspiration—she’s my motivation to create a life and a business that reflect the values she instilled in me.
