We had the good fortune of connecting with Keira Oseroff Lambert and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Keira, what principle do you value most?
The value or principle that is most important to me is without question, integrity. Several values are important to me, but integrity encompasses all of them. Integrity includes authenticity- that is honesty and sincerity. It ensures that I remain true to myself and others, fostering trust and respect in my relationships. It means taking ownership and responsibility for my words and actions.

Integrity serves as the cornerstone of my beliefs and actions. It guides me to consistently uphold my principles, most importantly when it’s hard to do so.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
None of my childhood friends are at all surprised by my occupation. I have always been someone others have leaned on in times of need. I’m most excited about empowering people to own and write their own story. Professionally, I got here literally one day at a time- putting one foot in front of the other and showing up for myself and others. Some times have been easier than others and in those times of challenges, I have learned to ask for help. Accepting feedback is paramount. I don’t think anyone accomplishes anything alone and there is no shame in that. I have also learned that I am not for everyone, and that’s ok. But for those clients that I am the right fit for, the work we do together and the growth people experience as a result is magical.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
The greater Atlanta area has so much to offer and there are a few things that are must dos like the Aquarium, The World of Coke, and the Fox Theater. In the burbs where I live, there are charming downtowns that have amphitheaters where free concerts are held during the summer months. I’m also a total foodie so I would take them to my favorite restaurants (they don’t have to be fancy!) The Dekalb Farmers Market is amazing too!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’ve been so fortunate in my life to receive tremendous support and encouragement from my family. That has grown to include friends and colleagues. I’m blessed in that way for sure!
