We had the good fortune of connecting with Katrina Ayers and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Katrina Ayers, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Definitely being coachable. I didn’t come from a background of legit entrepreneurs. So I had to get a mentor a coach and just learn and Implement what they were saying and to this day I’m still like that.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Nxt level thinking is a Financial coaching business where we help transform your mind about money. I’m most excited about the things I have learned and put in place helped me pay off 13k in debt within a 6month period. I’m very Coachable and listening to my mentors and implementing what they have taught me has allow me to succeed in my business. Being coachable is very important in business. Starting a business was not easy. My background is not in business and I had to seek out people that was all about their business to help me. A lot I didn’t understand so I had research ask a bunch of questions. I over came my challenges by just doing what was hard and realizing it’s okay to fail! It’s in your failure that you gain so much insight that teaches you what not to do or what will not work for your business! Failure is apart of life and if we learn how to Embrace failure in our business or in life period, I think we would be a lot better off! I want to world to know that Nxt level Thinking will change your mind and help you look at finances differently. So you can WIN in life and with your money! Who has time to be stressed when it comes to finances!?

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would definitely eat brunch at dauphins restaurant. (I literally eat there every Monday) lol Dinner would be at SOCU Resturant. The food and place is absolutely AHMAZING.
We would definitely go to church on Sunday. It’s different things to do downtown Mobile depending on the time of year.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
