We had the good fortune of connecting with Kanika Paige and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kanika, alright, let’s jump in with a deep one – what’s you’re definition for success?
Success to me means achieving what YOU want. Success is the ability to have financial stability which means YOU have control over your workload, time, and income. Also having creative freedom which is doing what YOU want, when YOU want and with whom you want. Lastly it’s a lifestyle design which gives you the ability to work around your lifestyle, work-life balance. That to me is success!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My passion for my artistry is what sets me apart for others. The drive that I have no one will ever be able to duplicate it because this is a gift I was given and not just a talent that I have. I am most proud of how far I’ve come over the years and my growth in my business. I did it all without a manual which makes my success more deserving. To get to where you need to be just keep pushing and put God first in all that you do. My path was not easy but nothing worth having comes easy ! Start over as many times as you need to. I’ve learned that there’s no right or wrong way to do it, just have a open mindset. I would like the world to know my brand is to serve a purpose to many different people and backgrounds all over the world to make them feel beautiful and to know that they are fearfully and wonderfully made !

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
A good outing with me would probably be brunch at nouveau’s Bar and grill for some good food and drinks. I love the ponce city area in atlanta where I love to go for the fun, excitement and scenery. Honestly atlanta is just the spot to go! There share sooo many options from restaurants, bars, shopping, parks, museums etc.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate a shout-out to my siblings for the push and the continuous prayers and support that is most definitely unmatched! Also my besties Bria and Quawanna for always stepping in to support whenever I need them no matter the occasion.
