Meet Justin McDonald: Owner of Queens Crown Edge Control

We had the good fortune of connecting with Justin McDonald and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Justin, what’s your definition for success?
Success can mean many things to different people, but for me success means never giving up and always going after what you want out of life.

What should our readers know about your business?
During the start of the covid-19 pandemic everything was closing down and I had a lot of time on my hands. I’ve always wanted to start a haircare product and that down time gave me that opportunity however, I worried about how would it all come together and would it work but my strong faith in God kept me going along with my strong support system. I learned along the way that consistency is key and believing in your self and your gifts are number one and always keep God first in all that you do. I hope to make a huge impact on young entrepreneurs or anyone thinking of opening a their own business in knowing it can be done no matter what obstacles you face just keep going.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Some of my favorite spots in the city is most definitely sky view Atlanta because you get an awesome view of the city and it’s so peaceful. I also enjoy walking around Midtown Atlanta because there is so much to see and great places to eat, I also enjoy buckhead and all it has to offer.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
ultimately my family has played a huge role in my success, but I also believe that everyone I’ve came in contact with has played a role in my success as well, simply because they have inspired me in some way or the other.
