Meet Jessica Williams: Systems and Operations Strategist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Jessica Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessica, any advice for those thinking about whether to keep going or to give up?
For me, giving up is not an option. I mean, I don’t even let the thought of giving up enter into my mind. There is always a way. There is always another perspective not viewed or a path not traveled. But to stop, NEVER! You have to think about the people who are connected to your calling, your divine PURPOSE. If you give up, those people who are your “assignment” won’t be helped because YOU stopped, and stopping isn’t my will house. I’ve learned to be disciplined. I’ve learned to continue even when I don’t “feel” like it. I’ve disciplined myself to keep going: maybe slowing down, but nonetheless, staying the course because of the people I’m called to serving. When we take the spotlight off of ourselves, and shift it onto our service to others, we will realize that that in itself is the strength we need to keep going.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Jessica James Co. is a business operations consulting agency specializing in creating profitible workflows and systems suites for business coaches and consultants. Through our Strategy Sessions, VIP days, and VIP weekends, we provide our clients with strategic planning, CRM and Project Management development, as well as full systems suite creation to help them organize their way to the money. We at Jessica James Consulting believe that systems are the foundation of every business and we want to ensure all of our clients (family) have a solid foundation to build their empire upon.

My entrepreneur journey hasn’t been easy. My consulting company is actually my third business venture (third time’s a charm right?). But I have realized that the lessons I’ve learned along the way, and the ones I continue to learn everyday, are the reason why my business is running at a high caliber and profitable today. It hasn’t been easy; but I know that every challege has not only it’s lesson, but it produces strength needed for the endurance and the race.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My favorite spot in the city is actually my house. It’s my sanctuary. It’s peaceful.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to all the single moms dedicated to the grind, the hustle, and making a change for their children.
