Hi Jessica, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I always enjoyed cleaning I could work a whole 10hours shift and come home and clean. I never seen myself really starting a business but my husband pushed me, he would always tell me you don’t want to work for someone your whole life. So here I’m today running my business.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Hello, my name is Jessica owner of Touching Hands LLC Cleaning, we are family owned establish in 2018 based out Atlanta, GA. We offer residential an commercial cleaning. What sets us apart from other companies we utilize a color coding system that specific to the cleaning application we use. This means our cleaning clothes, mops and brushes are color coded. This helps eliminate cross contamination. I’m proud that I took the steps to start something that I love to do cause I don’t see as a job. I’m excited I gained two commercial cleaning. I remember writing goals on vision board. I would write air Bnb gaining more customers and commercial cleans and I must say God has provided me what I had wrote down. I’m proud that I never give up no matter what life brings. I got where I’m today by all my customers allowing me to provide services to them thanks to everyone for allowing me to provide you with a great experience. When covid hit I loss customers but I still managed to keep the faith. Hardest part for me is working full time and managing a business I have to turn down a lot of jobs, but one day I will walk in faith and go full force. Lessons I learned stay firm on your pricing and know your worth always be willing to learn an provide great quality services every time. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would have to say Ponce market cause you get a all in one. I’m a chill person so Piedmont park for a picnic and some drinks. Night life would be suit lounge

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to shout out my customers for allowing and trusting me to provide excellent services to them and believing in my brand. And also first and foremost, God for giving me the idea and the strengthen to juggle a business and a career. My Husband Shaun and my sons cause they keep me motivated, on days that I feel like throwing the towel in they tell me I can do it. Shaun also gets in and helps me when help is needed doing move in and move out & office cleans!!
