We had the good fortune of connecting with Jenn Beaupre and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jenn, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Like anyone, I get frustrated when I’m met with resistance or the dreaded *F Word*… FAILURE, buuuuuut I am also relentless. I lick my wounds quickly and immediately start dreaming and scheming a new way to approach thing, I believe I have the ability, opens, flexibility and knowledge to get to the next step and the next. Again, I get down, but I’m also relentlessly faithful to myself and my craft!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart? Hmm. That’s the million dollar question. I think I have a unique grasp on the art of singing and the voice as well as the way I am able to help others recreate sounds and techniques in their own body, their own way; AND I like to have fun while I’m doing it. 😉 On a superficial level, I’ll also add, my short platinum blonde pixie cut and chest tattoos seem to make me fairly recognizable. Hehe. Now that mu social media following is starting to grow, people recognize me. It’s cool that the aesthetic, branding decisions I’ve made over the years are starting to settle in.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d keep them to myself, LOL! Sipping tea, sunny walks, yoga classes ad quiet, in-depth discussions are my jam. Home made food and occasional take out would be my food of choice. I love to eat well/healthfully. I can be a bit of a homebody. My work is very social- whether coaching or performing- so I like to lay low and hang out in places where I don’t have to shout. My voice gets a LOT of use. I also really value people over places so good convo would be priority.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My family has scooped me up every time I find myself dazed and confused or in over my head. I send a shout out to my family and tip my hat to every supportive family member/friend of us entrepreneurs. We love you. We appreciate you. We hope to return the favour(s) one day. <3
