We had the good fortune of connecting with Jasmine Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jasmine, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?
As a business owner you know there is never a chance to give up. Even on the worst days when there are no clients you need to make money to keep bills up but no one is booking you need to keep fighting. It has been numerous of times that I was ready to throw in the towel, I have cried because business wasn’t going right but a person that gives up is a person not ready to be a business owner and not ready to take a risk. I will keep going and anyone starting a business that is scared keep going.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart from others is that I provided packages for clients help them get more for their buck. I help clients become a better them and feel great losing weight.

The way I got to where I am today is the loyalty of some clients, my hard work and constant promoting. This journey definitely was not easy and in fact it was days I just wanted to say skip it and go back to working for someone else but I have stayed with it and I keep moving.

Over coming the challenges I am still doing. I went back to school to advance my career and add to my business. Going back to school took time away from my business and that was really hard but I still managed. Now that school is over I now am getting back to getting clients again and doing what I do best helping men and women lose unwanted weight.

The lessons that I have learned along the way is to never give up. Keep pushing whether you fail. Because failing is showing that you know how to take a loss and keep going hard to be the best you can be.

What I want people to know about my brand and my story is that I didn’t come from a poor life. But I struggled a lot lost and gained and lost and gained. After losing my grandmother the day before my bday almost 10 years ago, I took life for granted, I stop caring about things gave up on my life etc. but then going into a relationship and it becoming a domestic relationship I fought hard to get out of that and to do better. I work hard to get men and women to feel confident again about their appearance and feel confident enough to continue to lose weight. I don’t want sympathy but I do need everyone to check me out on Instagram at ISculptofMichigan and just follow me. I do travel to other states and I will provide the best services to get you the body you desire. I love what I do and giving up is definitely not an option.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m a homebody, but if my best friend came to visit we are going to the hottest restaurants or bar, shopping, go kart racing etc. that’s the type of fun we like to do. I do not know to many places yet in Atlanta but with my best friend we definitely will find interesting things to do and people to hang with especially because I have family in Atlanta.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to recognize my mentor Stephani Hollis. She has pushed me to be better since I met her in one of the Facebook groups. I have learned from her watched her and my craft has gotten better because of her and for that I am truly grateful.
