We had the good fortune of connecting with Jasmine Jeffrey and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jasmine, how do you think about risk?
I think that everything in life is a risk as nothing is ever really guaranteed. The saying no risk no reward is exactly that. I remember when buying my first house, I was 25 and so excited initially. Almost everyone I knew questioned was I ready and shared horror stories of theirs or someone they new in regards to owning a home. I took the risk of going forward although I was now more afraid than excited. I had absolutely not issues up until I sold it years later making a 6 figure profit. Also took the same risk moving to Atlanta, which also turned out to be a rewarding decision.

Often times we fear the unknown, so to validate that fear you have those who will validate it with pessimism and those who will value it with optimism. Every risk I’ve taken whether moving, starting a business, putting “too much” money down on the blackjack table lol or a relationship of some kind all required me to believe in the reward more than the regret. Keep in mind, my idea of a reward isn’t limited to tangibles. A lesson is a reward as well and its value lasts forever. I may lose something in the material realm but gain something in the mental realm. When you look at it that way the worst you can do is learn from it.

Not taking a risk is a guaranteed loss. You lose on both sides and ultimately creating a pattern of fear and procrastination. If you’re not a risk taker, you’re basically saying everywhere you’ve gone and everything you’ve done you had the guarantee that you’d get what you want. You’ve loss nothing and failed at nothing. Which I’d assume a person like that never worked with others. Risk taking shows the difference between a boss who will take them for a possible big win and their reports who prefers to safely support them for a portion of it. Risk takers eventually start others don’t.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I love helping people so I wanted to make a business out of something else I love. I helping entrepreneurs or aspiring entrepreneurs by being their one stop shop to get up and running. I thoroughly studied Supply Chains, Logistics, and how to maximize profit. O used all of my spare time studying, spending money to test and document the process. I began with one or two clients. I had hurdle of which I had to quick solve and cost more of my own money. Seeing how invested I was in my clients having a good experience, they remained loyal and gave me more clients. Eventually, through trial and error, I perfected the process. I am a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager by day. So I figured why not take what I do for corporations and do for in my community. I analyze businesses to help them cut cost, increase profit and productivity. Corporations pay big bucks for it so it a vital link in the chain of success that a lot of business owners typically don’t know it’s true value. I visualize data analysis go a much more quick and easy view telling a full story and over view of the business. I moved to Atlanta which is the Mecca of minority entrepreneurship these days and got to it. I love not only growing my network, but helping to growing peoples dreams without them getting got. I love going into my customers business or seeing them online selling products they got from me. I feel like the godmother of my clients businesses. Like their business is their baby, but I’m by their side making sure the baby is good lol I’m always excited because their success is mine as well.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to shoutout to all those who supports myself and others. I had a rough upbringing and very humble beginnings but never wanted to move or look like where/what I came from, just where I wanted to go. There are people who support once you’re at a certain place where your success is very noticeable and those who see it in you even when you can’t . Along my journey I had several entrepreneurs really show me the way, invested in my growth, or simply had our businesses join forces for a project or common goal. Also a book called “You Can Have What You Want If You Find It Within Yourself” by Robert E Russell. I cheated and listened to the audible lol but it was a breakthrough book. Had me cry and realize I had full control of my success all along. It really teaches you how the mind, life, affirmations and laws of attraction work, how AND why!
