Hi Jasmine, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
“I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

This quote resonates deeply with me, both as a registered nurse and as a content creator. In my work, I know that patients may not always remember every word I say or every action I take, but they will remember how I made them feel—whether it’s comforted, valued, or cared for. I carry this same perspective into my YouTube channel, where I share my experiences through a spiritual lens, hoping to inspire and uplift others. In the end, it’s not just about what we do, but the love and compassion we leave in people’s hearts.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Entering the nursing field has had its fair share of challenges. I initially set out on a different path, majoring in biology with dreams of becoming a medical doctor. But life had other plans, and I found myself taking a more scenic route to my purpose. Along the way, I faced setbacks, financial hardships, emotional struggles, and exhaustion.

Through it all, my faith carried me. Every obstacle became a lesson, every hardship strengthened my resolve, and every moment of doubt was met with God’s reassurance. Now, as a nurse (and future Nurse Practitioner 😉), I see that this journey was never just about a career—it was about purpose, resilience, and trusting God’s plan.

That’s why I share my story—because I know I’m not alone. If you’ve ever felt discouraged, uncertain, or lost in your journey, know this: God is still in control. Your path may not look like what you expected, but it is leading you exactly where you’re meant to be.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
For the ultimate Atlanta experience, my friends from DrinkTales will be our expert tour guides, ensuring we hit the best spots for food, drinks, and adventure. We’ll start the journey at the Georgia Aquarium, where we’ll marvel at breathtaking marine life, followed by an interactive trip to the World of Coca-Cola, to sip on global soda flavors. After a delicious lunch, we’ll take a scenic walk along the Atlanta BeltLine’s Eastside Trail, exploring street art and trendy spots. The next morning, we’ll conquer Stone Mountain, soaking in panoramic views before rewarding ourselves with a well-earned, elegant dinner at Ray’s on the River, where we’ll dine with a stunning waterfront backdrop. With DrinkTales leading the way, this Atlanta trip promises the perfect mix of exploration, culture, and unforgettable dining experiences!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give special recognition to my mother, who was the first to teach me about Jesus Christ and has always encouraged me to share God’s love with others. She has been my biggest supporter, nurturing every passion and interest I’ve pursued. Through her example, she has instilled perseverance, ambition, strength, and confidence in me. Her unwavering faith and encouragement have always reminded me to reach for the stars and never settle for less. I am forever grateful for her love, guidance, and the foundation of faith she built in my life.
