We had the good fortune of connecting with Jarvis, Johnny, Robert Jordan, Prince, Greene and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jarvis, Johnny, Robert, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind the success of our brand is brotherly and sisterly love. The brand is bigger than us because it represents a strong family bond where no one gets left behind or left out. Structured to where we hold each other accountable for your actions or lack thereof. Solid to a point that we can all say that we have saved each other’s lives and turned our lives around collectively for the better.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Situations Media Entertainment is the governing WSTN-DB HD 102.6 The Situation, a three-time award-winning station and is one of the fastest-growing minority owned internet radio stations based out of Atlanta, Georgia. The structure and culture of our brand set us completely apart from any other entity. We take situations and provide experiences. We are most excited about being able to grown and overcome being in the midst of a global pandemic. It was not easy at all. As a team, we have had every emotion attacked along this journey. The one thing we didn’t do was submit to those emotions and quit. Our ability to be resilient is matched by none in our eyes. Lessons we have learned along the way include making obstacles opportunities for growth. Focusing only on our supporters, nonsupporters are nonexistent. The importance of teamwork and how we are all responsible for focusing on the same goal and contributing to reaching that goal effectively and efficiently. We would like the world to know that Situations Media Entertainment is a culturally ethical brand that offers the ability to give a voice to the voiceless. We seek out independent artists to assist them with marketing and promoting on a global radio platform. We are structured, overly professional, and elite in everything we do.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
In our eyes, the best of Atlanta is in the culture. Atlanta is the heart of the civil rights movement, the catalyst to world change, and black excellence in entertainment. We would go to places such as Auburn Ave. the MLK home and King Center along with Tyler Perry Studios. Cascade to skate, Georgia Aquarium, Six Flags, SkyView Atlanta to mention a few attractions. Places to eat such as Ray’s On The River, Copeland’s for nice brunch, even Chuy’s for some Latin flavor. Enjoy Piedmont Park on a nice day and hitch a ride on the Bird Scooters. Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The proper dedication of this shoutout goes to our moms Sylvia Tiller – mother of Jarvis Jordan, Adel Prince – mother of Johnny Prince, and Tamatha Greene mother of Robert Greene. We are not who we are as distinguished black men of excellence without our strong mothers. The backbone and cornerstones of our lives deserve all of our recognition.
