We had the good fortune of connecting with Jamie Watkins and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jamie, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
Aside from my faith, and trusting God. I would say commitment, discipline and consistency. I’m committed to doing the work when it comes to both personal development and developing my business. I’m disciplined in staying true to who I am and to my purpose. I’ve remained consistent in showing up and using my gifts in the area I’m equipped for which is wellness and purpose.

What should our readers know about your business?
As a multifaceted award-winning mental wellness advocate, keynote speaker, coach, best-selling author, and host, I’m at the forefront of proactive change in the mental health landscape.

I founded My Peace of Happy, LLC in 2019 to help equip women with the tools they need to better prioritize their mental health and improve their overall well-being. Over the years that’s grown into the speaking, coaching and author brand we are today.

One way we impact the community is through book writing and publishing services. We help women embrace healing and freedom through owning their narratives and crafting their stories.

Our mission to equip our audiences with tools for heightened happiness, wellness and to inspire women to feel seen, loved and know with certainty, they are enough, equipped, and empowered for purpose.

Our vision is to ignite a transformative shift in the landscape of mental health and personal fulfillment. We will achieve this as a community as “WE GROW BETTER TOGETHER!”.
