Hi JahWill, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?

We’re excited about not just creating music, but also nurturing a rich, interconnected ecosystem where artists collaborate, thrive, and innovate. We are proud of our artists, after our marketing we have seen them catapult from zeros to social media heroes, raking in millions of views. We recently talked at TEDx Atlanta, showcasing our dedication to excellence and innovation. We stand by the idea that connections are everything in this world and that people buy from people, not signs and machines. Our heart beats for the community. Every track, every workshop, every session is our way of giving back, of enriching the musical tapestry that binds us all. In the end, Jah Studios is more than a brand. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would start by taking my friend over to the beltline to get a little bit of a walk. Then once we got a little bit hungry I would take them to Halal Guys in midtown for a bite to eat. Next, we would check out Piedmont Park for a nice nature exploration. I would bring the frisbee so that we could get some light exercise in. I would end the day by stopping by a Fowling Alley (Football Bowling). I took my friends there before and we had a blast.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a massive shoutout to my family. I am a firm believer that aside from blood relations, you get to choose your family. So when I say shoutout to my family I do not just mean my immediate family. I mean to say thank you to all of my family. Thank you to my home church family at West Point United Methodist, my extended relatives who have given me unconditional love, and my friends and their families who have supported me and given me encouragement and love.

I want to give a special shoutout to my immediate family. My family has been a tremendous support in my career. My father was the one who helped encourage me to follow my passion instead of some safe secure job. My brothers have provided valuable insights and wisdom from their specific professions. My brother Ernest is an entrepreneur who is helping to change the tutoring industry for the better with AristoMath™. My brother Hoston is taking over the insurance game with Hoston Financial™. Specifically, I want to shout out my mom. She is my number-one supporter in all of my endeavors. I know every day that she always has my back. She is a Marketing Queen, a star cheerleader, a professional coach, a wise advisor, a trained doctor, and many more amazing things. I simply couldn’t tell you where I would be in this business without the support of my mom or my family. The difference would be night and day. In my family, we strive that every day in every way we get better and better. Always looking for a way to improve, we build each other up like no other. I love my family!
