We had the good fortune of connecting with Jacqueline Fielder and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jacqueline, what makes you happy? Why?
Simply doing life makes me happy! I’m in a season where purpose and passion align, and that in itself is a blessing. I find joy in serving others and being present in the moments that matter whether in business or in everyday life. Helping someone feel seen, supported, and understood brings me genuine fulfillment.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
After retiring from a Fortune 500 company following 26 years of service, 20 of those years in leadership I was excited to step into real estate with a renewed sense of calling. My corporate career built a strong foundation in service, communication, strategic thinking, and integrity. Today, I bring that same level of excellence and heart into client relationships with my work at Radiant Real Estate Services, LLC.

At Radiant Real Estate Services, LLC, I’m able to combine business expertise with my genuine passion for people. Helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives whether buying, selling, or investing is deeply fulfilling. It’s not just about closing transactions; it’s about guiding, educating, and empowering clients to move confidently toward their dreams.

What truly lights me up is being a steady, trusted presence during what can often feel overwhelming. Providing clarity, support, and reassurance while watching someone’s home journey unfold is incredibly satisfying. I believe in serving with excellence, leading with integrity, and ensuring every experience is radiant from start to finish.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If we don’t decide to binge-watch movies and snack at home (because that’s always tempting), we’d start with a light brunch at First Watch or Bodega, downtown Columbus something fresh, relaxed, and the perfect way to ease into the day.

Next, we’re heading to Atlanta for a little retail therapy. A stop at IKEA is a must whether we’re picking up home décor pieces or just adding inspiration to our wish list. And of course, we’d mix in some outlet shopping or a little “shop-til-you-drop” fun for those quick, fabulous finds. We’d wrap up the evening back in Columbus with dinner at my favorite spot, Charred Oak Kitchen & Bar great ambiance, amazing food, and the perfect way to unwind and recap the day.

And that’s just Day 1. Honestly, we’d probably repeat a few favorites throughout the week because for us, it’s all about good food, a little shopping, lots of laughter, and making beautiful memories together.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My inspiration begins with God, who gave me the vision and the courage to walk boldly into this new chapter. It continues with my husband, who supported me through late-night studies, travel, and every step of the transition into real estate. And in a beautiful full-circle moment, I’m inspired by my daughter, who has been a Realtor® Radiant Real Estate Services, LLC for five years and I’m proudly following in her footsteps. Their love, encouragement, and belief in me fuel my passion and remind me that dreams are meant to be pursued at every stage of life.
