Meet Iniki Franklin | Project Administrator & Planner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Iniki Franklin and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Iniki, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
I love answering this question because my work-life-balance perspective has changed tremendously over time. I used to be very performance driven to the point of over-working. I found myself to be completely worn by the end of each day from pouring so much no matter the cost. There is a difference between hard-work and over working yourself–burning yourself out. I’ve grown from feeling like I always have to get things done right then and there in perfection to someone that values boundaries, structure and strategic rest. Now, don’t get me wrong, I still operate in excellence and put in valuable effort. I have just come to learn how to be most effective by including rest and balance into the equation. I think having work-life balance is essential to being successful.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
WildflowerKulture LLC. is a project administration and planning business with the focus of helping creative visionaries organize and structure their goals to achieve their dreams. We facilitate this process through project administration and planning services and virtual assistant support. The unique twist, if you will, is my background in social work and the utilization of the helping process within service provision. I am very proud and excited to blend project management perspectives with social work skills to offer services that empower my clients and offer sustainable solutions to their organizational and creative needs.
My journey to entrepreneurship was rather unexpected. To be quite clear, I never envisioned myself owning a business in this capacity. I saw myself as a writer that would provide helping and encouragement tools to others. I thoroughly believed that I would be a social work policy advocate and researcher as well. I’d always been gifted in organizing, planning, and assisting others, but it was not until the pandemic hit that I gain vision for WildflowerKulture LLC. The vision and goal for the business came so quickly and I had the overwhelming burden to formalize and actualize the business.
The process was not easy, but I just remained consistent to the call on my life. Transitioning from full time employment to full time entrepreneurship is a leap of faith, but I knew it was what I was called to do. I embraced the process day by day and was patient with the process which has ultimately resulted in beautiful results so far.
I want the world to know that WildflowerKulture LLC. is a business, brand and catalyst. We will help creative visionaries get their goals out to impact the world.
