We had the good fortune of connecting with Heerali Milan Mody and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Heerali Milan, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
To share our love of travel and photography and creativity and that led us into traveling more. As time went on, a small community grew and it kept on growing. This led us to more opportunities, collaborations around the world working with hotels and tourism boards.

Milan always had a travel bug and after our trip on our honeymoon we kept on going. In addition, Milan is into photography and as we traveled we took many photos and slowly we started to build up our page and portfolio and it turned into Passport4two! Fast forward now we are at a point where we influence others to travel and also mentoring others when they travel. We now work with hotels, brands and tourism boards by sharing photos and videos.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We both come from professional backgrounds as well. Milan is in the IT field in the world of devops engineering and Heerali is in the science field and gained interest in Quality Management and currently a QA director at a dietary supplement company. We are proud that we are able to influence others to travel the world and to experience other cultures and to bring that to real life. Starting this business was challenging as we have a full time job and time management comes into play. In addition, to trying to pursue the travel dream while having a full time job is not easy but it is easy with planning and dedication. There is lots that goes into a travel business besides the travel as content creation, blogging and emails take ample time up. The lessons we have learnt along the way is being humble and grateful for the experience of seeing the world and cultured through the eyes of locals. We learnt that it does not take a lot to be happy and experiences will always be cherished.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Aquarium, ponce city market, Atlanta beltline

Food places: Zakia in Midtown, Aziza

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Travel podcasts we started to listen to in the beginning and also being influenced by other travel bloggers. Milan has always had an interest in traveling and had a world map since he a kid and once we got married and we started traveled that came into our life as an importance.
