Hi Harrison, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I’ve always felt a deep drive to create something meaningful, particularly in service. Together with my girlfriend Sara, we founded our business with a mission to enhance outdoor spaces and serve our community here in Cobb County.
Beyond mere aesthetics, our goal is to build something larger than ourselves by creating tranquil environments that offer solace and relaxation. Starting this venture together has been a rewarding journey of pursuing our shared vision.
Looking forward, we’re enthusiastic about the positive impact we can continue to make on our community, one transformed space at a time.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My professional journey has been deeply influenced by a pivotal moment in 2014 when I survived a catastrophic car accident. Given less than a 5% chance of survival, let alone the ability to walk or talk again, I spent over a year in hospitals and rehabilitation, including the Shepherd Center in Atlanta. Despite sustaining numerous injuries and a Traumatic Brain Injury that still presents challenges, I’ve made nearly a full recovery.
This experience profoundly shaped my perspective, revealing a larger purpose for my life and reinforcing my gratitude for the unwavering support of family, friends, and medical professionals who stood by me. Above all, my faith in God has been a guiding light through the darkest times.
It’s taught me resilience, optimism, and a relentless determination to grow each day. Today, I’m driven by a renewed sense of purpose and positivity. What sets me apart is not just surviving such a life-altering event, but thriving beyond it. I’m proud of the resilience I’ve shown and excited about the future, continually striving to improve professionally and personally.
My story is a testament to the power of perseverance and the support of a strong community. I want the world to know that despite challenges, there’s always hope and the potential for a brighter tomorrow. My brand embodies resilience, optimism, and a commitment to continuous improvement, reflecting my journey from adversity to strength, guided by my faith in God.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Marietta and Atlanta have so much to offer! As huge Atlanta Braves fans, catching a game at Truist Park and exploring The Battery is a must. We’d also make sure to visit the iconic Big Chicken and stroll through Marietta Square, which offers great shops and dining options.
In East Cobb, where we spend a lot of our time, there’s everything from fantastic restaurants to outdoor activities like hiking local trails or enjoying a day by the Chattahoochee River. We love discovering new trails, where you can take in the beautiful scenery and peaceful surroundings.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I owe a huge shoutout to my incredibly supportive family, who have been my rock through every twist and turn of my journey. Whether they’re blood relatives or close family friends, their unwavering support has been instrumental in my success. I’ve been truly fortunate to have their impact in my life.
Being a Christian has also been a cornerstone of my journey. My faith has provided me with strength, guidance, and perspective, grounding me through challenges and guiding my decisions.
Additionally, I’ve always been driven by an entrepreneurial spirit. Sara and I have a running list of businesses we dream about owning one day. Pursuing these dreams requires relentless hard work and the resilience to navigate life’s unexpected challenges.
