Meet Guardian Demon | Creative Atelier Masquerading As A Fashion House

We had the good fortune of connecting with Guardian Demon and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Guardian, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
We pursue the artistic and creative path because the things we’re passionate about are engrained in us. Communal expression is a foundational element in being human; thus it is necessary to express ourselves and due to the snowflake like nature of every person each expression is unique to the individual or individuals expressing themselves whether that be by way of an artistic/creative process/project or simply the way we live our everyday life and the goal is to enjoy the limited time we have here by living in a way that not only includes those passions but being able to support ourselves and our communities while growing into the fullest version of ourselves with the time we have the best way we can.. Simply put we pursue it because we’d be doing the things we love regardless of any grand end goal because we must not only enjoy our passions for everyone else but ultimately for ourselves to feel whole.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
The Story Of The Brand Is Based on The Duality of Being Human. How good and bad are ultimately subjective and those distinctions are ever changing just not by who you ask but how and when you ask them. The Fashion is currently mostly piece uniques scattered across all sides of the city based on random occurrences in multiple lives all at once; the brand is living and breathing and that is what separates us the fact that it is normally unique to not only the piece you see but the inspiration behind it and the story of not only the making and elements in it but the person wearing it. Also up until now only those who have been given the tools to see it will be able to and that’s what’s beautiful to us; that we can see each other in a crowed museum or on the beltline or in a studio or in a trap those who have been given a peek inside have a kinship even with people they’ve never met before simply through their random decisions that found them wearing one of our pieces. To answer the questions was it easy, how did we overcome challenges, and what have we learned along the way; it’s simple it’s never “easy” even if we make it look that way. The challenges will never stop and neither will the lessons to be learned from those challenges and the successes for that matter; because we seek constant evolution but that is included in the brand philosophy. Life is in many ways the same but if we could get a single message out to the world it’d be Love Yourself and the pieces of yourself in everything and everyone you see around you because not only are you a mathematical miracle you are singular and what only you can give to this world is valuable because only you can give it and we don’t have an infinity to figure it out so just be you and LOVE only the way you can.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Oh we’d start in Amicalola Falls get a great hike and good views, drive to either Jinya, Chelsea’s, or Tasilli’s get food stop by the High Museum or Thirft around Lil 5 Take pics or people watch eat again at like Jamiacan place with ”rude” staff (the food is better the ”meaner” they are) or a Ethiopian, Thai, or Korean spot them finish the night off with a stream session at the Million Dollar Basement I couldn’t think of a better day really; then from there the week could go however it was already perfect from that point on.
