We had the good fortune of connecting with Francesco Zubiaga and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Francesco, is there something you can share with us that those outside of the industry might not be aware of?
One of the things that our outsiders are not aware of are how much goes on behind the social media! The work, the constant brain clogs, family and friends, life in general. We are not constantly creating we are at times in the mist of life growing as one as well. The work also is not as easy as we make it seem on videos we create, at times things can get very stressful and do not come out as great for us which pushes us away from the work. The brain clogs can lead some of us into months with no work being put because we are stuck.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What I am the most proud of is the fact I finally found a passion I give my all into, this drive is intense it gives me a different feeling as I grow with it. The brand itself is helping me grow as a person! I can say I am where I wanted to be 5 years ago but I still have not reached where I want to be yet! This road was DEFINITELY NOT EASY!! But damn I LOVE IT. Each day its a new objective to be great and work on the business. I overcame all these challenges by not giving up and being more consistent, I also gave up a ton of bad habits and got into full focus. I decided to being more open on learning new things, new strategies, starting a new routine towards the business, hiring help and building a sales team to spread out the brand to other parts of the state! I became more open on the business showed my face more to my supporters, funding events and going to straight clothing events for more exposure etc. The Whole journey is a lot in general but being consistent and more out going helped me overcome a lot! I’ve learned so much as time has passed in the business aspect and the clothing/printing aspect, being able to work on both ends full hands on showed me so much things I need to work on as the brand grows. What I would love the world to know is that I never gave up no matter how hard everything got we pushed so hard to be where the brand is at today and where it will be in the next 5-10 years! STAY CONSISTENT AND SHOP FRANZUBI!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Definitely would take a stroll in the city and hit a couple food spots in NJ! Would probably even come take you to see my abuela! Definitely hitting BOLT PRINT SHOP to see my best bud tommy n cook up a sample if possible!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Massive shoutout to Tommy for introducing me to the printing business and helping me start this incredible journey! Your guidance led me to create my own clothing brand, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Also, a huge thank you to my amazing wife your unwavering support and encouragement kept me hustling and turning my dreams into reality. This success wouldn’t have been possible without you both!
