We had the good fortune of connecting with Falisha Riaye and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Falisha, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. This is my favorite quote and affirmation. I refer to it often because “powerful beyond measure” is beyond my understanding, which means that I am pretty powerful. I love how the question of brilliance, gorgeousness and talent is asked and the answer is simply, “who are you not to be?” That has been the answer when I question or second guess how amazing I AM.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
KollabPro Inc has over 25 combined years of experience in project management, administrative and marketing solutions. What sets us apart is that we offer a 360 approach to our clients. We help our clients by offering expertise in digital and print media, technical and creative writing, content analysis, paralegal services, corporate meetings and event planning and much more. We are a one-stop-shop for a lot of our clients. KollabPro Inc was founded on the principle of helping businesses and individuals achieve their vision through its offerings of professional administrative, project management and creative solutions. KollabPro serves Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations and small businesses. It has taken us a long time to settle into our brand. Initially, promoting ourselves as a one-stop-shop was difficult. After years of trial and error and tweaking, we have become very comfortable with having the right team with the right skillset to meet the wide array of needs our clients have. One of the most valuable lessons we have learned is that our client’s success is our success. We can not succeed unless our clients succeed. This is the mantra that drives us. We want our prospective clients to know that when they work with us, they can expect us to get to know them and their business, so that we can offer them the best solution possible.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were visiting, first stop would be Slutty Vegan to grab one of the most delicious burgers EVER! Day 1 – The St. Regis would be our resident for the week – we would chill there for the remainder of the day, drinks and dinner Day 2 – St. Regis Spa Day! Dinner & Drinks at Nan Thai on 17th, Day 3 – Shopping at Lenox and Phipps Day 4 – Breakfast at Another Broken Egg (Dunwoody) / Drinks and Fun at the pub, Six Feet Under Day 5 – She’s gotta go home because by this day, I would be tired of her! (my only child syndrome kicks in) Lol

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My shoutout is dedicated to the women who have lifted me up and supported my dreams and visions. There are far too many to name, but they know who they are. My (s)hero’s.
