We had the good fortune of connecting with Faith Njenga and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Faith, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I actually would like to use the word “Faith”. Faith is the unknown and this is where risk comes in the picture. When you decide to have Faith in God, you drop your will and choose to follow His will. Is it hard? Absolutely. In the natural eyes, this looks like a big risk. Some may ask, “How are you just dropping your dreams to pursue one of an invisible God you cannot see?” I don’t need to see God physically to know that He exists. The simple yet profound things such as breathing, creation, and everything else our natural eyes see, proves to me that He is real. This has played a great role in life because what ends up happening is that His plans surpass mine and they have a greater outcome than mine could have ever brought. I have landed great jobs, met amazing people and even my life took a major positive turn, all because I chose to surrender to Him.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I started writing when I was around 8 years old. I would take my journal to church and write down everything I could from the sermons almost every Sunday. From then on, it has been a hobby of mine. One of the artistic projects I have picked up is Graphic Design. If you give me a blank canvas, I could envision something and bring it to life using the most basic tools. Believe it or not, I did not finish college. Not because I was dumb, but because I knew that was not the direction the Lord had for my life. I could say that I got here because of researching and asking professionals questions but in fact, I give ALL the credit to the Holy Spirit. He has literally given me ideas when I asked and pushed me when I was stuck. It is nothing I did on my own to be very honest. I have learned that the Holy Spirit is our Helper. You can ask Him anything and He will give you the answer. He is really the best! I want the world to know that my brand is built on Jesus and Jesus alone. If you stumble on any of my platforms, you will leave encouraged, hopeful and your faith will be restored (all by the Grace of God).

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would definitely begin out by thanking Jesus Christ. Without Him, I am literally NOTHING! He has been in my corner all my life and never left, not even once. He has been My Foundation, My Rock, My Restorer and Number One Supporter. I cannot thank Him enough. The least I can do is to live ONLY for Him.

Someone else that has been such a blessing and such great support is my Fiancee, Michael. After the gift life and of salvation, he is one of the sweetest blessings the Lord gave me. He has brought the best out of me (he is just a vessel), he has been there when no one else was (apart from Jesus) and he has sacrificed so much to make sure I am taken care of. I could keep on going but just want to let him know that I love him so much and I am grateful!
