We had the good fortune of connecting with Fahd Quadri and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Fahd, how did you come up with the idea for your business?
It was realized that many leagues in Atlanta thought about their pockets as opposed to their players. . While the cost to play increased, the player experience remained the same or decreased. RISE was created to change that narrative. With every change, the players come first.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
The road to success is never easy and challenges will always be faced. The key is to never let those challenges defeat you.

RISE was created by two IT professionals with a love for adult sports. My brother and I played adult sports (mainly flag football) for years. Multiple times per week, we’d travel to Atlanta for games, and multiple per week we’d experience heavy traffic, crooked fields, little to no parking and on some occasions, vandalism. RISE was created to SAFELY bring the game to the people who love the game in the north metro Atlanta area.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
This is a hard one because it really just depends.
