We had the good fortune of connecting with Elizabeth Ereddia and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Elizabeth, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
As a young woman I struggled with endometriosis. In my late teens I was searching for a better way to deal with this struggle. This lead me to delve deep and start my self discovery journey. My eyes were opened to a new world. As I learned how the body could heal by simply giving it nutrient dense foods and herbs, using modalities such as different massage techniques, using various applications of herbal preparations, and rewriting internal dialogues my life was drastically changed! I not only healed myself of miserable discomfort every month but, I also learned how to listen to my body. This has led me to delve within and heal old programing that did not serve. I rose from the flames of my early life struggles and became passionate about empowering others with tools to take control of their health, happiness, and wellbeing. My vision is to empower women to find deep love within themselves so they too can heal. With this vision our next generations will benefit. When women are able to make shifts and fully love and care for themselves, the babies we birth will grow from nutrient dense soil and flourish!
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My Business is Mamma Bizz Wellness Coaching and Massage. Specializing in women’s wellness. We all are somewhere different in our life journey. I strive to meet my clients were they are at. Guiding and sharing tools that feel tangible to the individuals needs and goals. I offer online and in person sessions. My holistic approach to health and wellness looks at the whole person. Exploring all area’s of one’s life to achieve an optimum quality of life. Stemming from each of these areas I offer a wide range of resources and classes online and in person. I have rode various waves of challenges and accomplishments. I continue to take steps to overcome my personal challenges knowing that tomorrow is another day. There is always someone out there who can help or guide, you just have to be open and flexible, and continue to take the steps towards the higher path. The lessons I have learned is there is not straightforward path. Allowing myself to be open to constructive criticism and working on bettering myself. I have a vision to empower others with guidance and tools so they too can be the best version of themselves!
Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
I would take my friend to my property in the mountains for connection time. We may venture out for a nice meal, go listen to some music at an outdoor venue, hiking in the mountains, enjoy some tubing or lounging around the pool or lake.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My list of books and individuals who have encouraged me to continue on this path could be a mile long! There are many areas that I have grown . Some of my inspirations have been from The American Herbalist Guild and all the amazing teachers and resources available, The Southeastern Women’s Conference for showing me a community of beautiful women who deeply and unconditionally love themselves, so that they can hold the space and empower others. I want to thank my soul sisters group for allowing me to show up how I was no matter how ugly or glorious I was in my process.
