Meet Elicionne Washington | Entertainment Executive

We had the good fortune of connecting with Elicionne Washington and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Elicionne, how do you think about risk?
Being a risk taker comes with great rewards at times. I started my career by taking a risk. I jumped in head first on the strength of believing in myself. Some of the greats will tell you low risk low reward, what’s the worse you can hear…a no?

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Baddiie Inc was founded by myself and Charmayne. We started the company in 2010 with the intent to change the entertainment industry from the media side. 2013 we expanded to marketing and management. We have worked with many artists and company’s expanding their reach and overall portfolio. Baddiie Inc also partnered with Highly Unique radio with the baddiie takeovers. Our mission is to bring BADDIIE’S together to form our own network. We have over 1000 BADDIIE’S all over the world and we are still going.

Getting into each aspect of the entertainment industry has its challenges. I got through my hurdles by keeping my goals in the forefront. When I first started in the industry it was a lot of learning, lots of bumped heads and a lot of money I left on the floor from not knowing. Lesson I learned and thats now incorporated in my business is looking at each aspect of what your doing. A product has many aspects. Best advice I can give is do your research!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were to come for a week I think we would gain 50 pounds from eating. Places we would go eat would be Melinated Cafe, Jamrock Jerk Center, Tossilis, Atlas, Garden Room. Lots of pampering at places like JeJu Spa, Happy Feet and St Regis. I’m not really a club goer but I do visit lounges. We would go to places like 1145, Central Station, and Boogaloos. Of course we would “tour” the city as well.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to first shout out the almighty God for giving me all my abilities without him I’m nothing. I want to shout out my mom for always telling me to do everything. My fiancé for supporting me in everything (my right hand). My mentors Rich Black, Brooke, Kun Luv, and Spank. My ace Charmayne for the late night strategy calls. My girl Queen for shouting me out. Last but not least all my BADDIIE’S. I love you all and I thank you a million times over you all are a major part of my life.
