Hi Edward Eliesya, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
Hello. I am Fashion Designer, Model, Actor, Business Owner Edward Eliesya J Wallace. So how my work balance has changed over time is the question. At first I ran my store Full Time so it was great at first. Being a new store owner with a new storefront wasn’t easy. Some weeks you have tons of customers everyday. Them some days not one customer. Staying consistent with business practices even though I had downtime kept me successful. At the end of the day I went home to my husband and life was great. In 2014 that all changed. I went from storefront to having an online business and the balance was off because you have to be disciplined about posting and marketing your brand product or service. I am getting better but I still forget sometimes. Using tools like Buffer helps. So I can schedule my post ahead of time to market my business.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am the owner of Eliesya J’s Boutique www.eliesyajs.com and I offer luxe boutique style for the modern day fashionista and gentleman. My boutique was born inside Uniforms Plus a uniform store that my husband owned and I operated my smaller section in one part of the store. When we closed our doors, I opened Eliesya J’s Boutique storefront. It was not an easy transition and it took a few months. I overcame the challenges but staying consistent with putting earned money back into my business and limiting my spending. I’ve learned keeping it consistent wins the race.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
VVS is a club I want to visit here in Riverdale GA. Also I love going to The Underground and exploring the shops. Amusement , 6 flags over GA is always fun. And ILounge Atlanta is always a good vibe and a lot of fun.
