We had the good fortune of connecting with Eboni “Eazzi” Ferrell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eboni “Eazzi”, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
To be completely honest, I don’t think there was much of a thought process at the beginning. Tattooing was just something I was always passionate about. It wasn’t until I started to grow a clientele that I noticed “Wow I could actually make a career out of this”. It was then that I really started to work on perfecting my craft. I began studying art daily and focused on gaining a social media presence to advertise my new brand.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As far as my art, I like to think I am pretty wide ranged. I do it all, from realism to line art and everything in between. If it can be tattooed, I’m down to do it. However that hasn’t always been the case, with the help of my amazing mentor “Jordan Ginsberg and Brendan Daugherty, Ive acquired endless knowledge about all of the different styles of tattooing. In the event I was faced with an unfamiliar technique or style. They were right there to guide me through.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Hmm, thats a great question. I lived in the Tampa Bay area my entire life. It really is a great city and there is so much to do! For starters, we’d definitely have to hit 7th and grove for brunch, great food and music. Always a great time. Next we would head over the bridge to hang out at Siesta Key Beach to relax and vibe out for the day. Lastly we’d make our way over to Armature works for dinner. A beautiful indoor/outdoor food court with amazing foods options and an outstanding view of the Hillsborough River.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like my shoutout to go to all of family and friends! I am extremely blessed with those who I am surrounded by. Thank you guys for always supporting and loving me every step of the way. I also have to shoutout my amazing clientele, thank you guys for continuing to allow me to live my dream every single day. I am forever grateful
