We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr. Korry Tauber and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dr. Korry, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
STABLE Orthodontics prides itself on creating smiles that last a lifetime and are “stable” in their result. We help teach parents about their child’s growing smile and discuss with adults how to achieve the smile they have always wanted. We enjoy taking time to have personalized conversations about achieving your smile goals and how to make your expeience at our office comfortable and time efficient! We strive to be an active member in our community by staying involved with the local public schools, neighborhood shopping areas, and athletic complexes.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
STABLE Orthodontics is a private, family-owned orthodontic office. The landscape of orthodontist office ownership in Atlanta is changing. Communites are losing the neighborhood orthodontic offices to corporate investment groups that see orthodontics as a way to make money off of straight teeth. We are proud to welcome our community members as part of our family when they are seen at our office. At STABLE Orthodontics, you will be welcomed by our warm team and feel like you are right at home.

At STABLE Orthodontics, we are proud to show you your smile in more detail than ever before. We begin our complementary, new patient consultations with a 3D x-ray and a 3D scan of your teeth. We take time to show your teeth from all possible views and discuss how we will help you achieve the smile your always wanted. We can even show you what you would look like with your perfectly straight smile, how cool!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
One of my biggest inspirations and the person who is one of my biggest supporters for becoming an orthodontist is my mother. She has been a practicing dental hygienist for over 40 years and I had the privilege of growing up in her dental chair and having fun visits at the dental office my entire childhood. She used to blow up baloons out of her gloves and let me choose the flavor of the fluoride foam! It was always so much fun; who could dislike the dentist’s office when your mom was the person cleaning your teeth?! I hope to provide these same positive experiences when I see children at our office.
