Hi Donovan, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I think risk are a pre-requisite of success. I think the goal for me is to take a form of calculated risk! Risk that come with a plan. Blindly stepping into things isn’t wise but taking a well thought out and planned risk can yield great reward

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
what you are most proud of or excited about!!

I’m excited about continuing to bond and grow with my team. People don’t realize how big a team is in the success of any person . It’s way less individual and way more of a team effort

How did you get to where you are today professionally.

For me , I got here with consistency , faithfulness, patience and just pure grit. And then obviously my faith in the Lord. I believe he called me to something and I’m just walking in it

Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges?

Definetely not easy, I think the biggest challenge is understanding what it takes to be great at something. It’s takes years. It takes hours upon hours to be successful. When you can develop that mental framework it makes perseverance possible.

What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way.

Your only as big as the effectiveness of your team. You can only go as high as your capacity is to learn and delegate.

What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?

I’m a product of not quitting. This is what happens when you don’t quit

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Man, I would probably want to walk with them or ride bikes through New York. And eat at all the famous restaurants . You see how awesome of an experience it is to just be around diversity and different cultures

Eric the hip hop preacher- motivational speaker. Literally listened to tons and tons of his content.

My mom- she raised me with great effectiveness. And talk me life skills that I’ve used over and over.

My team- my team that’s behind the scenes has pushed me to grow, learn, and to continue to develop
