Hi Donielle, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Habits play a critical role in the success of a small business. Developing and maintaining the right habits can improve productivity, build resilience, and foster growth.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m most proud of taking a leap of faith to share the unique items I create, transforming them from nothing into something. Having others love my work is just a bonus. The key lessons I’ve learned are that success doesn’t happen overnight – it takes faith, consistency, and perseverance to start, stay committed, and see it through to the end. Above all, I want the world to know that you should always stay true to yourself, no matter your circumstances. Be authentically you.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We will definitely explore some new dining spots and do some shopping – it’ll be a great way for us to create cherished memories together.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
