Hi Don, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
I’m an ardent believer in goal setting, continuous learning, innovation and work-life balance.

M16 Marketing operates as a full-service digital marketing agency and is morphing into an innovative digital marketing technology company. We use our own AI platforms to work with our clients to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals and target audience. Our core services include digital strategy, graphic design, web design and development, SEO, paid search, social media marketing and email marketing.

What sets us apart from others is our business, creative and technical acumen. On average, clients who work with us increase conversions by more than 250%, and we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Our team is driven and very talented with diverse expertise, allowing us to offer a wide range of services and perspectives to our diverse client base.

I’m particularly proud of the success stories we continue to create for our clients. Seeing their businesses flourish and witnessing the positive impact of our work is incredibly rewarding. We strive to build long-lasting relationships with our clients, and their success is our ultimate motivation.

Getting to where we are today hasn’t been an easy journey. Like any business, we faced challenges along the way. Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Family is everything to me and they have always been among my greatest supporters. I’m an incredibly private person and grew up with the idea that empty vessels make the most noise so I avoid the “noise” and focus on what matters most. My wife’s unwavering encouragement and belief in me provide a strong foundation for my personal, spiritual and professional growth, and I’m incredibly grateful to have that. I have 3 sons who keep me motivated and humble. My focus is to ensure that they carry on the vision for leaving the world a better place than we met it.

One person who doesn’t know me and who has helped to shape my life is John Maxwell. One of my all-time favorite reads is John’s book “Developing the Leader Within You.” This book had a profound impact on the way I perceive leadership, and it equipped me with tools to become a more effective and influential leader in all aspects of my life.

I’m also deeply appreciative of the amazing team at M16 and the incredible clients we serve. M16 is succesful because I’ve been very blessed to have a great team around me.

Equally important are our clients. They entrust us with their goals and visions, and working together, we achieve remarkable success. I value the relationships we build with our clients and the positive impact we make on their lives and businesses.
