Hi Dominique, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor behind my success is my experience. I’ve worked for a large hotel for 9 years. I took the knowledge I accumulated throughout the years and applied that to my own business. I know hospitality like the back of my hand which has helped me take my Airbnb Hosting to the next level

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I create Luxury Airbnb’s through out Atlanta as well as assist others with setting up an Airbnb property, luxury as well as budget friendly. I’ve work in hospitality for the past 9 years so this business came pretty natural to me. I started with renting out my apartment part time while I was travelling and eventually I wanted to do it full time when I seen the potential growth. I went from part time to 4 locations in a matter of 3 years. A few challenges along the away have a arise, locations, vandalism, SCAMLANTA lol sometimes shows its ugly side but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Being a hotel manager has prepared me for most scenarios. I would like the world to know, believe in yourself and invest in yourself. Don’t let anyone deter you from your hopes and dreams and just lock in!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Atlanta is so full of life! I would definitely suggest a mix of hood classics as well as tourist attractions. The Aquarium is a definite go to, go during the week days, way less crowds. Piedmont Park is so pretty and there are always festivals going on. A nice picnic is great there as well. Breakfast spots will definitely be Home grown, Toast on Lenox or The Breakfast Boys. Pasha in Buckhead on a Friday and heading to Visions right after is a vibe. Strip Clubs, we all know the World famous Magic City (get the wings) but if you like it a little more hood Blue Flame. After hours, Blu Lagoon, Open until 5. Grown and Sexy, check out Rock Steady. Don’t forget American Deli, hot lemon pepper all flats lol

Shout Out to My grandparents and Aunts, They really taught me life lessons that have gotten me where I am today. Shout Out to ME! I set these goals in life and go from there. I cant wait to see what life has in store for me
