We had the good fortune of connecting with Dimescha Daniel and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Dimescha, what do you think makes you most happy? Why?
Although, my goal is to style diverse group of women. It really makes me happy working with everyday women to bring out their confidence and unique style. These women are everything! Whether you’re considered a younger or older woman, we all have a story. These are the women that get up every day and put one foot forward to get through the obstacles and challenges they face on a daily basis. Sometimes these obstacles may shake our confidence and we may feel less beautiful. It makes me happy to work with these women on a personal level to help them feel more comfortable and confident in their inner and outer beauty to reflect their own personal style. When they send me pictures smiling from their event saying, “they felt like the most beautiful woman in the room” or “how their date couldn’t keep his eyes or hands off.” It really brings me joy to my heart!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Dime44 is an online clothing boutique for women. 44 is a special number and related to achievement and accomplishing goals. Sometimes staying focus and pursuing your goals may not always be easy and that number is a reminder to stay focus and go after what you want. So in relation to that number all items are $44 and under. My goal is to offer quality, classy, sexy, unique, trendy pieces at affordable rate. I personally love unique pieces and that always catches my eye. So styling will always be near to my heart, because it allows me to work one-on-one with clients to bring a more individual concept or unique appeal. This is just beginning for Dime44 and as we grow I want to be able bring out that unique style at a affordable rate.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Staying at the Whitney Hotel in Buckhead. It’s the location and comfortable beds for me. During the day walked the area and shop local boutiques and Phipps Plaza across the street for more shopping experience and to have lunch and catch a movie afterwards. Dinner at Hal’s and you can always go a comedy show for a laugh at Uptown Atlanta Comedy Corner

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I grew up in small town in Georgia outside of Atlanta. After my parents divorced, my siblings and I was practically raised by my mother. I would watched my Mom work hard to provide for us, while trying to find herself again. We didn’t have much or high-end clothing, but she always made sure we looked nice. My sisters and I would observe my mother and grandmother with their Sunday best fashion in church. The way they would match colors and accessorize would standout to many. My older sister would go on to obtain a degree in Fashion Merchandising and my younger sister retired military would go on to open a successful Vinyl store known as Love, Leo, Vinyl, & Apparel. Although, I would obtain a degree in Business Administration. The love for fashion would eventually lead me to open Dime44 Boutique and pursue my career as a fashion stylist. My Grandmother passed away a week before the boutique open and she wasn’t able to see it, but we would talked about this dream many times. So I’m inspired by her and the other women that are in my life and around me.
