Hi Dezmond, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Knowing that God was with me every step of the way from the start to where I am at now,bcuz the road to success isn’t easy and some days all I had was God to talk to and he never let go of hand and today he continues to open doors and create opportunities for my brand and success without him it’s no Top Rated Speed & Performance Training,also the facility he blessed me with.I am very appreciative of all the Athletes that train with me they make the brand look good as well without them it’s no me.The Social media grind play a big part to the success you always have to put content out to let people know you are the one to train with.My family support is amazing mom,dad,and brother it all started with them believing in me and me believing in myself.I am so glad I stepped out on faith and God made it all happen the way he had it planned all along.I will tell anyone “IT’S ALL GOD” when it comes to the most important factor to my success as a trainer and brand.I have trained over 200 athletes and counting….. since we open up 3 years ago from middle school,High school,College,also Pro Athletes (male & Female) all sports.I know this is my passion and purpose on this earth I look forward to training different athletes everyday,but importantly molding them into great people as well.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Well I can tell you I never gave up on myself or the brand people don’t understand how many No’s I heard and how many doors were closed in my face,but I kept the faith and continue pray and God open doors I never imagine.I am very grateful and humble ,bcuz I started outside in the cold of a softball field in the rain in the heat and people always ask when are going to get your own facility I would tell them God already has it ready for me,but until he ready to give it to me I will continue to work.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Anywhere we could get away and just relax and eat!!! Lol
