We had the good fortune of connecting with DeOndria Stafford and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi DeOndria, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind bringing my own Call Center to life was all of the impossible. I had this big problem with thinking positively with this business idea. I knew that in order for me to actually bring this idea to life, I would have to quit my 9-5. My 9-5 was my money maker, my bill payer and I just did not think that I could do it, solely off of my Business.

What should our readers know about your business?
So, Stafford Recruiting is a WFH Call Center located in Lyons, GA. We are not your “normal” Call Center and we’re proud to be different. We provide 1099 Contractor positions to anyone who’s able to read, write, listen & learn, and can pass a level 1 background check. Some of our positions require drug test and fingerprinting. Our hiring process is what makes us different, we know how busy adulthood is and we’re not wanting to take up any of your time, therefore we offer an assessment as our interview screening. If you pass the assessment, pat yourself on the back because you’re now a WFH agent. However, if you fail the assessment you will have to wait 30 days until you can retake the test. We are a growing business, meaning at this time we do not have any Sponsors meaning, equipment (computer/laptop) is required but not provided by us. We will have sponsors soon and equipment available for each Employee under a payment plan for complete Ownership.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would love to have a Celebratory Dinner at The Latin Dream in Hinesville, GA. I’ve been following the restaurant on Social Media ever since my Cousin mentioned the place to me. I’m in love and dying to go there. It’s a very chic vibe and dressing to the “T” is a must. We’ve accomplished so much this year between the 3 of us and I just know this will be their cherry on top. Celebrating yourself is a must. If you don’t do it for you, don’t expect anyone else to do it for you either. Just a self love tip.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would love to dedicate my shoutout to my my cousin, sisters, best friends, and my Husband & kids. When I used to feel like giving up or feeling under the pressure, I would always be so hard on myself. I would literally beat myself up with these negative thoughts and drain all of my energy to where “keep going” was no longer an option. My cousin, sisters & best friends were always there for me in ways that I won’t speak during this interview, but in ways that I’ll always remember and hold dear to my heart! Whenever I become the Wealthy Woman that I’m destined to be, these women will be completely taken care of.
