Hi Daryll, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my business was to put myself into position to own my own ideas. As my skills and business experiences developed throughout my corporate career I recognized that I had a gift for helping organizations to improve their operational success and save money. However, I did not have the freedom to move in the direction I wanted or select the opportunities I wanted to work on. Starting my own consulting and coaching practice has given me the autonomy to grow in the direction of my choice and to work on projects which my gifts can significantly impact.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I have developed my 25+ years of experience as a leader in manufacturing operations for fortune 100 companies into 3 business platforms. My trusted business advisor practice is called DKB Partners. As a trusted business advisor I leverage the proprietary system I developed “The Winning With Excellence System “ to support companies across varies industries and sizes with improving their operational performance and increasing their net profits. My second business platform supports my coaching practice and is named OptimizeU Coaching. I coach leaders of organizations to improve their leadership behaviors and develop new skills which supports their personal growth and their businesses success. My third business platform is key note speaking. As a speaker I inspire people to tap into their genius and the collective genius of others to do their best work.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My mother Peggy Boone deserves an enormous amount of credit. She has always believed in me supported me and pushed me to go farther and do my best. Most important she provided me with a great example of worth ethic and responsibility that still serves as the cornerstone for my business practices.
