Hi Daphne, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
“My decision to start my own business was deeply rooted in my passion for creativity, innovation, and community. After over a decade working in early childhood mental health, I saw firsthand the transformative power of creative expression in fostering connections and healing. However, I also recognized the limitations of conventional therapeutic methods and interventions.

Experiencing burnout during the challenges of the COVID era was a turning point for me. I knew there was a need for more accessible and diverse avenues of support, especially for parents and families. Combining my background as a mental health specialist with my love for art and culture, I envisioned an art studio that would be more than just a space to create art. It would be a hub for connection, innovation, and inclusion—a place where creativity transcends boundaries and becomes a source of empowerment.

This thought process led me to reimagine my career path and establish an art studio that fosters a dynamic fusion of creativity, culture, and community. I wanted to offer an environment where individuals could engage with art in an immersive and interactive way, embracing technology and innovation to enhance the experience. The studio would not only cater to seasoned artists but also serve as a welcoming space for those seeking a fresh and vibrant way to express themselves.

Ultimately, my thought process was centered on creating a space that reflects the diverse needs of our modern world, where art is not just an individual pursuit but a collective journey of connection, healing, and growth.”
