We had the good fortune of connecting with Conrad Dailey and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Conrad, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I always knew deep down, I wanted to be in charge of something and create things others can enjoy or helpful to my peers and community. Now what exactly that business venture was going to be, I was not sure but i wanted to set a realistic goal and see my results and experiment with a business, I don’t plan on stopping in the entrepreneurial world with just B.A.G in due time I plan to do much more in the business world and in general as a person by constantly learning and refusing to be complacent.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am still learning and growing as I go, Currently I’m serving at a top 10 platinum private country club in the state and top 50 nationally ranked course Ansley Golf Club and part time head baseball coach for 9-12u as well as mentoring and finishing real estate school. The only thing I want people and the world to know about me is I’m a people guy and a hard worker so be on the lookout for me and my face and remember the name Conrad Dailey! There will always be doubters and obstacles big or small in your journey not as a entrepreneur or at work, but in life as a whole there will always be something that challenges us momentarily but how we deal with them is what makes us. A few key things I’ve learned is the power of faith and a good mindset towards what you want, another big thing is knowing yourself, know your strengths and weaknesses then make those weaknesses strengths, and always feed your brain and try new things , be a sponge learn as much as you can and don’t be afraid to ask questions and seek help!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
It all depends on who is visiting and the time of year. But for starters I would take them to the city and go to the high museum of art in Atlanta, and without a doubt check out the aquarium and get some good food! I would take them places and show them things you can only typically find in ATL. There is always something going on and something to do.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The biggest things/people that deserve a shoutout, is god and my family through it all they have been a reminder why I do it and a lot of the reason I’m able to do it. A lot of books and other successful entrepreneurs such as Daymond John and a great book called “The magic of thinking big” and “What got you here won’t get you there”. Plenty of other motivational videos a long with social media and how someone who’s my age, if not younger is already making great money and actually is doing what they want to do in life and is happy, really made me re think my steps and realize I had a door that needed to be opened.
