We had the good fortune of connecting with Coach Brian Alexander and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Coach Brian, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
At Coach Alexander Enterprises (CAEnterprises), we believe if we can positively impact the youth, we can truly change the world because the youth is our future. We think the investment in them will affect the whole family. If we can positively influence people, they will do the same to someone else. They will continue to show love and become positive leaders for their families and community. What separates CAEnterprises is our holistic focus on the mind(education), body(fitness), and spirit(mentorship). With our holistic approach, our target goal is a balance of life for our clients, which will lead them to peace and happiness.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Coach Alexander Enterprises is a business for the people. It’s all about helping people to succeed with a focus on adolescents ages 7-24. The mission of CAEnterprises is to help adolescents reach their full potential through fitness, education, and motivation. We offer sports performance and fitness training, college and career coaching, and mentorship through positive motivation. We mentor through sports and fitness and help adolescents prepare for their future by guiding them through the college admission process, teaching business etiquette, and critical life skills (ex. credit, budgeting). What separates CAEnterprises is our holistic focus on the mind(education), body(fitness), and spirit(mentorship). With our holistic approach, our target goal is a balance of life for our clients, which will lead them to peace and happiness. What I’m most proud of about my company is my clients’ growth, how they come in at one level and leave on a higher level mentally, spiritually, and physically in one session. The journey hasn’t been easy, but it has been worth it! God has blessed me every step of my journey. I prayed and asked God to use me as he saw fit, and he placed my company on my spirit. He’s been preparing me for this all of my life through my work experience. I feel my business is divine, and it’s here to help positively change the world.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend visits Atlanta for a week, we will go to Poor Calvin’s for dinner on Monday night. Then Nana’s Chicken and Waffles for brunch on Tuesday, to the aquarium that afternoon, and for dinner Birria El Gordo (Taco Tuesday). We would have JJ’s Chicken and Fish for lunch and. hit Topgolf for some rounds and dinner Wednesday. We would go to The Real Milk and Honey for brunch and The Painted Duck for dinner and bowling Thursday. Friday, we would start the morning by working out and hiking Stone Mountain. We would keep it healthy, go to Slutty Vegan for lunch, in the evening go to the Ponce City Market, have dinner at Nine Mile Station, and head to The Roof at Ponce City Market to enjoy the evening with games and drinks. On Saturday, we would start our day at BQE for brunch, head to the Atlanta Beltline to exercise and explore, and then go to Suite Lounge for dinner and good music. To end the week on Sunday, we would go to Atlanta Breakfast Club for brunch and Mary Mac’s Tea Room for dinner to make sure my friend leaves with a full belly with some good southern cooking.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would first like to thank God. I wouldn’t be where I am today without God’s guidance. I secondly want to thank my beautiful wife, Danielle Alexander. She keeps me grounded and allows me to be who I need to be for the world. She consistently sacrifices for us as we pursue our goals & dreams. I want to thank my dad and mom, my siblings, and my close friends. I have a great support system, and they are there when I call on them for their support!
