Meet Claudia Mcdivitt | Health & Mindset Coach For Women | Health & Mindset Coach For Women

We had the good fortune of connecting with Claudia Mcdivitt | Health & Mindset Coach For Women and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Claudia McDivitt | Health & Mindset Coach For Women, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Embracing consistency over perfection has been huge in my journey toward a healthier and more fulfilling life. By focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes, I’ve formed habits that are both manageable and effective. This consistent approach has helped me to maintain my health goals, boost my energy levels, and enhance my confidence, allowing me to thrive as a business owner, wife, and mom.
In my career, maintaining consistent habits has been equally transformative. By setting clear goals and pursuing them diligently, I’ve been able to achieve significant milestones and do things I never thought I would. I have put a emphasis on personal development and investment in myself which has helped me stay adaptable in a constantly evolving industry.
My commitment to daily practices , like engaging in regular exercise, maintaining a balanced diet, and nurturing a positive mindset, has strengthened my overall well-being. These habits, performed consistently, have not only transformed my personal health but have also positively impacted my family, creating a supportive environment for growth. By prioritizing consistency, I’ve demonstrated that small, intentional actions over time lead to significant, lasting success.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m a Health and Mindset Coach For Women, and I’m boldly passionate about helping my clients create a sustainable, consistent lifestyle that supports their health and fitness goals.
My focus is never just on helping you lose weight, build muscle, or maintain your progress. I focus on your whole self – mind and body – because when it ALL works together, you can confidently step into the life you were called to live.
I started my business in January of 2019 and it’s been an exciting ride! I started with health coaching and then quickly saw the connection between health and mindset so I went back to get a certification to be able to coach women 1:1 on their mindsets. Since then I have continued that work in health and mindset coaching. Offering group and 1:1 coaching services, written and created two ecookbooks, and started a podcast in 2023 to connect with women weekly.
There have been ups and downs in business. I have failed and picked myself up again. Moments where I have wondered if it’s all worth it. The time, the work, etc. But I always come back to the same answer. Yes, it’s worth it! I believe women are the heart of their homes. The longer I do this work, the more I realize how much each woman’s choices and success impact her entire family’s health and happiness! Healthy women create healthy homes.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Reflecting on my journey, I am so grateful for the unwavering support and encouragement from several key individuals and communities.
First and foremost, my husband, Nathan, has been my biggest supporter. His unwavering belief in me, his constant affirmation, “I will always bet on you,” has been a source of motivation. Nathan’s encouragement and positive perspective have been instrumental in guiding me through both business and life decisions, making his support an invaluable gift.
My college best friends—Brittany, Morgan, Sarah, Savannah, Megan, and Jenn—have had a front row seat to my personal life from an insecure college student to a confident individual. Their consistent encouragement and belief in me have empowered me to step boldly into various seasons of my life, providing a foundation of friendship and support that has been crucial to my growth.
Additionally, my involvement with the Society of Women Business Owners (SOWBO) has been transformative for my career. Amanda, the founder, invested in me and my business, pushing me beyond my comfort zone. The connections and relationships formed within this network have been instrumental in my professional development, offering a community of like-minded women who provide friendship, fresh ideas, encouragement, and accountability.
Each of these individuals and communities has played a significant role in my story, and I am deeply appreciative of their contributions to my journey.
